Why this exists. Being a guardian isn't a paid job. Most guardians are caring for someone they love while also working full-time, with no organization behind them and no state pay for the hours it takes — appointments, bills, reviews, groceries, and the paperwork that comes with all of it. Guardian Helper was built to take some of that load off your plate, so keeping track of everything takes minutes instead of hours.
Built for more than one person. Many guardians care for more than one person at a time. Guardian Helper lets you keep each person's bills, appointments, reviews, and supplies separate, all in one place, so nothing gets mixed up.
Reporting made easier. The Reports tab is there to help you put together the spending and income summaries that organizations like Food Share or Social Security ask for, so you're not digging through months of receipts by hand.
Your privacy. This app doesn't ask for personal details like your birthdate, bank information, or home address. The only thing it ever asks for is an email address, and only if you want notifications. Nothing you enter is sold to third parties, and this app is not open source.
About the subscription. Guardian Helper is a tool, not a product built to make money. There's a small subscription fee to keep it running, kept as low as possible, because that was never the point of building this.
